	Fred Blum Rochester, NY Fred served 25 years as Metro Rochester ASA Commissioner from 1951 until 1975. He was President of the ASA from 1968 – 1969. He graduated from St. Michael’s College in 1937 and Cornell Law School, where he served as President of the student body his Senior year. He is the former publisher of Blum’s Daily Sports Bulletin, which was established by his Father, and published for 77 years. He was the former bat boy-mascot for the Rochester Red Wings Baseball Team from 1928-1936. Fred is a member of the ASA National Softball Hall of Fame. Fred was a Navy veteran of World War II.
