	Everette "Skip" Boise Cortland, NY Skip has been involved in softball as a player, sponsor and an administrator for many years. As a player, Skip played for Cortland's first ASA Slow Pitch Championship Team. As a sponsor, Skip has sponsored as many as 8 ASA softball teams in a single season, as well as teams in bowling, soccer, darts and lacrosse. His tavern has at least one team in every ASA League in the city of Cortland. His teams have won two New York State Fast Pitch Tournaments. Skip served for fifteen years on the City Recreation Advisory Board. He has also served for many years as President and later as Secretary of Cortland's first ASA sanctioned Slow Pitch League. He was instrumental in implementing the Lighting Fund Drive on three softball fields, to improve and expand the game of softball. He has received the Mayor's Certified Award for contributions for Cortland's Events. He has received the Youth and Recreation Award for 15 years of service. Skip was voted "Man of the Year" by the local ASA Women's League.
