	Mike Eggleston Massena, NY Mike began officiating ASA Softball in 1982. He officiated the NYS PHAA Softball finals in 1992, 1996, 1998 & 2000. He is the Section 10 Rules Interpreter and a member of the NYS Softball Officials. He has been the NYS District 9N Umpire-in-Chief since 1984. Mike served as NYS District 9N commissioner form 1991-1999, before becoming J.O. Commissioner. He was selected as the NYS Deputy Umpire-in-Chief in 1999. Mike has attended 4 ASA Umpire Schools, including the Advanced School in Oklahoma in 1991. In his career, Mike has umpired numerous State Championships; 5 Modified Fast Pitch National Tournaments (1989, 1990, 1995, 1997, & 1999); and since 1996 has umpired the NYS Empire State Games. Mike is a member of the NYS Umpires Indicator Fraternity. He is also a member of the ASA National Indicator Fraternity.
