	Robert Farrell Oswego, N.Y. · Appointed District 9B Commissioner in 1988. · Bob is a member of the Big East. Ivy and Patriot Umpires Association. · He has attended three National Umpire Schools. · He has officiated numerous Fast Pitch Qualifiers and State Tournaments in all classifications. · He has officiated the Empire State Games held in Syracuse, Rochester and Albany. · He has also officiated 2 NCAA Regional Championships and 1 NYS PHS AA Championship. · Bob has officiated 3 National Tournaments.
