	Lee Fetterly LIverpool, NY Lee has been very influential in the growth of softball in the Syracuse area. In 1976, Lee was the architect for the Michael Santaro Softball Complex in Clay, New York. He is presently the Chapter Treasurer and Chief Delegate for the Salt City ASA. At the State level, Lee held the position of the New York State Umpire's Council Vice President from 1988-1994. He was elected President of the Council in 1995. Lee has hosted many umpire clinics including the 1985 National School held in Syracuse and acted as umpire coordinator and UIC for the 1986 Air National Guard National Tournament. In 1976, he officiated the Girls Fast Pitch Nationals held in Binghamton, NY. In 1979 Lee umpired the Men's "A" Industrial Slow Pitch National, in Jacksonville, Florida. In 1984, Lee umpired the Men's Invitational Class "C" National held in Syracuse, New York. Lee has also been involved with the Empire State Games. In 1994, Lee replaced the late Joe Dardano, on the Board of Directors of the Onondaga Softball Association. In 1990, Lee was selected to the New York State Indicator Fraternity.
