	Steve Foland Clifton Park, NY Steve has played softball for over 25 years, beginning in 1972. He often pitched 3 games a night in 3 different leagues. He started with Cliff's Tavern, out of Middleburgh and played in 6 State Tournaments with them. In 1984, Steve moved to Clifton Park, where he played for the Gremlins, winning the State Championship in 1986. In his two years with the Gremlins, Steve compiled a record of 45-5, in 1985, and 44-6 in 1986. In 1987 and 1988, playing with the Yorkstone Pub, Steve's team finished 3rd and 4th in the 9 Man Modified State Tournament. IN 1988, they earned a spot in the Nationals, held in Meadsville, Pennsylvania. In 1992, his team again won the State Tournament, and traveled to Meadsville where they finished in 3rd place. In 1993 after winning the State Tournament again, they finished in 5th place in the Nationals. In 1997, pitching for Borealis, his team finished 7th place out of 32 teams in the 10 Man Modified National Tournament, held in Drifton, Pennsylvania. Steve was named the MVP Pitcher in the 1990 ATSP 9 Man State with a 5-1 record. He was named the Co-MVP Pitcher in the 1990 ATSP 10 Man Major State with a 3-1 record.
