	Levi Horton Fishkill, NY Levi is one of the most respected umpires in the Hudson Valley. He has always made himself available, not only to officiate, but also to step in and help in any capacity for his local ASA Umpires Association, often assisting in umpire field clinics. Levi started umpiring in 1958, officiating in local little leagues, IBM, and high school fast pitch throughout Dutchess County. He joined ASA in 1963 and is still an active official. Levi has served as the Umpire-in-Chief of several local tournaments, including the 32 team Brian Ferrone Tournament held annually in Beacon, New York. Lee officiated in the Eastern Seaboard League for over 14 years, for teams such as Red Whites, Poughkeepsie Brewers, Stratford Raybestos Cardinals, Providence, and Mr. B's, and some of the best pitchers in the world, such as Ty Stofflett, Metro Zurek, Larry Egan, Cliff Ong, and Dick Nurenberg. He has officiated in every State and Regional Fast Pitch tournament held in Duchess County. He was selected to officiate National Fast Pitch tournaments in Binghamton (1973 Girls 16U) and Stratford, Connecticut (1975 Women's Major Fast pitch). Levi officiated in 1985 Empire State Games, held in Buffalo, NY.
