 Ray Houck · Ray started umpiring in 1977 working in local leagues in Chittenango. · Ray has umpired in over 20 State and Regional ASA Tournaments in both Fast and Slow Pitch. · He has officiated in numerous Junior Olympic State Tourneys. · Ray has also officiated in 3 ASA National Tournaments. · Ray served as president of the Salt City Chapter of Umpires from 1980-1989. · He is secretary of the Onondaga Softball Association since 1986. · He was New York State Deputy Umpire in Chief from 1989 – 1996. · He is currently N. Y. S.
