	Hazelton "Moe" Kerr Hewburgh, NY Moe played on some of the best teams in the Hudson Valley, from 1948-1972. He played in Poughkeepsie, Middletown, and Beacon in what was considered the Golden Age of Softball. Moe won an average of 80 games a year against top competition in Major Fast Pitch softball. He was one of the top pitchers in the Hudson Valley and was a power pitcher with a blazing fast ball. Moe averaged more than a strikeout an inning throughout his career. He pitched 10 no-hitters and a perfect game against Local 1000 in the Major Fast Pitch League in Poughkeepsie. Moe was also a strong hitter with a lifetime batting average of over .300. He was selected to the Newburgh Fast Pitch Hall of Fame.
