	John M. Masco Rochester, NY John was the ASA Colorado Umpire-in-Chief for three years before moving to Rochester, New York. He is President of Section V High School Girls Fast Pitch Softball Umpires Association and is rules interpreter for the Rochester College Umpires Association. He has also been the Umpire-in-Chief and chief clinician of District 11 ASA for over 10 years. He is Commissioner and Umpire-in-Chief for the Kodak Softball Umpires Association. He was selected to officiate the ASA Class "A" Men's Slow Pitch National Tournament, held in Parma, Ohio in 1974. He was selected to officiate the ASA Class "A" Men's Fast Pitch National Tournament held in Midland, Michigan in 1977. He was selected to officiate the ASA Boys Major 18-Under Slow Pitch Championships in Gadsden, Alabama in 1993. John has conducted numerous softball umpiring clinics in Colorado and continuing in Rochester. He is a certified official in Football, Basketball, and Volleyball.
