	Francis Mott Oswego, NY Fran was a team sponsor of the Mr. M' Softball Team, which won a total of 25 tournaments in that time. His teams were State Champions 5 times, and participated in 6 Regional and 4 National Tournaments. Fran has served as District Commissioner from 1971-1974, Deputy State Commissioner from 1975-1979 and New York State Commissioner from 1979 til the present. During his term as State Commissioner, New York State registration has risen from 725 teams to the present 4,450 teams. Fran has been honored at the National level 10 times with Outstanding Commissioner Awards. He is respected for his softball knowledge, not only locally, but on the National level. Fran has served on numerous ASA National Committees, including Finance/Insurance, Legislature, State Games and Special Olympics. One of the highlights in Fran's illustrious career was brining the Class "A" Men's Fast Pitch National Tournaments to Oswego, New York.
