	Jim Partigianoni Hewburgh, NY While in the service, Jim officiated in the EURCOM World Series in his rookie year of officiating. Jim is a retired NYS Football official,and is still active in New York State Baseball and Softball officiating. He has been a NCAA Official for over 40 years. He is currently a NYS District Softball Commissioner serving for over 17 years. Jim was instrumental in forming the Cortland ASA Softball Chapter. He has been tournament director for over 50 District, State, and Regional Tournaments. He is also a member of the NYS Umpire Indicator Fraternity. He is a Lifetime Member of the National ASA. Jim officiates for the Cortland ASA Umpires Association and is the chief Delegate to the NYS Umpires Association. He was appointed Director for the 1998 National Fast Pitch Umpire clinic sanctioned by the NCAA, held in Cortland, New York. In 1998 Jim was honored by the Cortland Women's Association for his dedicated service to softball. In 1999, Jim will mark the 50th anniversary of his umpiring career. He was first Chairman for the NYS Hall of Fame and is still a member of the Selection Committee.
