	Richard Johnson Oswego, NY Dick started playing softball in 1953, but unfortunately got injured and it was nearly 10 years before he participated again. In the 1960s, Dick returned and pitched for Brown's Express and continued for 24 years, playing for many of the top teams in Oswego. No team Dick played for has had a losing record for the season. During his career, Dick has pitched around 10 no-hitter games. He had a strike out to walk ration of 11 to 1. In addition to his pitching, Dick was also a solid hitter, maintain an average of over .300 in his career. In the 1970s pitching for Mr. M's, the team won 5 State Tournaments, 3 Regional Tournaments played in 4 National Tournaments. From 1977-1980, Dick had an unbeaten streak of 18 consecutive games. In 1972, Dick pitched a perfect game in the last Fast Pitch Tourney held in Fulton, NY. He was the founder and President of the Miller Classic Softball League before retiring in 1981. He served on the Oswego Softball Association Board of Directors for 15 years.
