Fred served as New York State Youth Commissioner for over 12 seasons
He is the one individual mostly responsible for the Youth Program as we know it today.
Fred with little, or no supervision, built the program from scratch until today, where we now register over 600 teams in the Youth Program in New York State.
Fred has directed numerous State, Regional, and National Tournaments in New York State.
